Terms and conditions for VPS

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the visitor management system, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Visitor Registration: Visitors must register their details accurately before accessing the premises. The information provided must be truthful and up-to-date.
3. Access Control: Access to the premises is at the discretion of the host organization. Visitors may be denied entry or asked to leave if they fail to comply with security procedures or if their presence poses a risk.
4. Data Privacy: Visitor information will be collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
5. Liability: The host organization is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by visitors while on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
6. Code of Conduct: Visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner while on the premises. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in immediate removal and prohibition from future visits.
7. Intellectual Property: The visitor management system, including its software, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
8. Changes to Terms: These terms and conditions may be updated or modified by the host organization at any time. Visitors are encouraged to review them periodically for changes.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana, and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
